Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Satish Doley, son of Atul Chandra Doley, resident of village-Ujani Gezera, Gezera, Jorhat has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail in Jengraimukh P.S. Case No.07/2025 corresponding to G.R. No.14/2025 registered under Sections 316(2)/318(4) BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Jengraimukh P.S. Case No.07/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 07/2025 dated 28.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Jengraimukh P.S. Case No.07/2025 on or before 17.03.2025. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 12.02.2025 in said Jengraimukh P.S. Case No.07/2025 is extended only upto 17.03.2025. 6.
