For the Informant: Mr. Vikas Kumar, Advocate --- 03 / 09.04.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango (Olidih O.P) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 103(1), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Alok Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. In the midnight of 15.11.2024, Informant came to know that her husband Tony Singh was shot dead by the petitioner and co-accused persons. One Vishnu Tuddu had also sustained firearm injury in the said occurrence. 4. Statement of the injured Vishnu Tuddu has been recorded under section 180 of the B.N.S.S. in which he has stated that Avinash Singh has shot at him and the deceased, due to which, he sustained injury and the deceased died. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is no specific allegation of firing against the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Alok Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Mango (Olidih O.P) P.S.
