It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated 04.03.2024 passed in WP(C) no.1268/2024 the direction to release the payment within 5 (five) month although was not carried out initially but, subsequently, at the time of filing of the contempt petition the entire payment has been released and received by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this contempt petition.
