Ms. Ratani states that the grievance of the petitioner would be substantially redressed at this stage if the District Education O8icer, Ahmedabad is directed to decide the said representation made by the petitioner. 2. In view of that, the respondent – District Education O8icer, Ahmedabad is directed to decide the representation dated 3.12.2022 made by the petitioner in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three months from today, but in any case, latest by 31.3.2026 and communicate the same to the petitioner by way of C/SCA/16099/2023 ORDER DATED: 05/12/2025 Speed Post to the petitioner. 3.
