In regard to this, a GD No.41A, dated 06.04.25 was also lodged in which the parents of Mr. Dinesh (boy) sought time to discuss the matter with his relatives for social gathering in r/o marriage of his son and Ms. Nisha till evening. In the evening of 06.04.25, Mr. Satish the father of boy telephonically informed that he is not ready to involve in social gathering for marriage of his son and Ms. Nisha. GD No. 75A, Dated 06.04.25 also lodged in this regard. Copies of GD entry annexed for kind perusal please.” 4. Since the boy’s parents are not ready to proceed with the marriage, the girl’s father, i.e., the Petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that he will get the marriage solemnized and that the boy and girl can thereafter reside together. 5.
