Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Yogesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 & 4 and learned A.G.A for the State. 2. The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 19.10.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 554 of 2024, under Sections- 118(1), 352, 351(2) B.N.S. and Section 3(2)(va), 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Mauranipur, District- Jhansi. 3. The parties claim to have entered into compromise outside the court. 4. As per compliance affidavit filed by learned AGA, the report from Circle Officer, Jhansi, has been received which shows that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and compromise was verified. 5. In view of the above, impugned FIR is quashed. 6. The writ petition is allowed. 7. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 8.
