Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 31.12.2024 (Annexure P/1) whereby petitioner was asked to produce the relieving order from his earlier place of posting. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that vide order dated 12.03.2024, petitioner was transferred from Jila Panchayat, Bemetara to Janpad Panchayat, Kuankonda, Distt. - Dantewada (C.G.), however vide relieving order dated 14.06.2024, it has been stated that petitioner is being relieved from Janpad Panchayat, Kuankonda, Distt. - Dantewada (C.G.), as such, there is apparent mistake in passing said order due to which, petitioner could not join at Dantewada. Thereafter, subsequently vide order dated 24.10.2024, petitioner has been transferred to Office of Rural Engineering Services (RES), Sub-Division Mungeli, Distt. - Mungeli (C.G.) showing him to be posted at Janpad Panchayat, Kuankonda, Distt. - Dantewada (C.G.). Petitioner immediately joined at Mungeli, however, respondents are not accepting joining of petitioner at Office of Rural Engineering Services (RES), Sub- Division Mungeli, Distt. - Mungeli (C.G.). In spite of this order, respondents are not considering joining of petitioner. He submits that at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation and respondents be directed to decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner expeditiously within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner, at this stage, she is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration, the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the authorities concerned. In the event, petitioner submits representation, his claim shall be considered in a pragmatic manner 3 and to pass appropriate orders in order to give him joining at Office of Rural Engineering Services (RES), Sub-Division Mungeli, Distt. - Mungeli (C.G.). 5.
