The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Appoint Hon’ble retd. Justice Anand Byrareddy, High Court of Karnataka as sole Arbitrator to Arbitrate the dispute raised by the petitioners against the respondents in terms of clause 27 of the deed of reconstitution of partnership dated 02.07.2018 and 18.03.2022 (annexure A and B). b. After arguing for sometime, all the counsels submit that suitable arbitrator could be appointed to adjudicate the dispute between the parties who are partners by leaving all contentions open. 3. In that view of the matter, I pass the following; ORDER i. CMP is allowed. ii. Sri. Justice H.N.Nagamohan Das, former Judge of this Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator to arbitrate the dispute between the parties under the aegis of the Arbitration Centre attached to this Court. iii. Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Director, Arbitration & Conciliation Centre for doing the needful. iv.
