1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 5.
2. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following relief: a. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the
order dated 08.07.2024 bearing no.KANDYA- BHUSWA-10-2024-25 COM.No-E-194084 vide Annexure-G passed by Respondent No.2 in the interest of justice;

b. Issue the Writ in the nature of mandamus to issue direction to the Respondent No.2 to consider the representation vide Annexure-L dated 25/07/2024 in the interest of justice.
c. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the present case as in duty bond the Petitioner shall ever pray in the interest of Justice And Equity.
3. What is being challenged is a proposal to acquire the land of the petitioners, which is still pending
consideration and no orders have been passed.
4. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that certain other villagers have come forward to make available their lands for use as a school. If that be so, it would be for the respondents to consider the same and pass necessary orders on the said representation and proposal in accordance with law.
