Case No. 227 of 2025 dated 08.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 2. Heard Mr. Shubhesh Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Shyameshwar Dayal, learned APP appearing for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court’s order. 3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering petitioner’s the plea that he was not apprehended at the spot and his name surfaced in the statement of the apprehended co-accused Mannu Kumar and except this, there is no material against him to show his involvement in the alleged crime and only on the basis of the said disclosure made by Mannu Kumar, he has been chargesheeted and also coupled Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59587 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 with petitioner’s custody period and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Balia P.S.
