The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. "Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other writ thereby quashing the Notice dated 04.08.2025 bearing No. T- 4/SRO/SDE/BGZO/01/2020 issued by the Respondent No. 3 and all such consequent proceedings with respect to the petitioner (Annexure A). b. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the above circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice and equity." 2. The impugned show-cause notice at Annexure-A has been issued in pursuance of earlier show-cause notice No.T-4/SRO/SDE/BGZO/01/2020 dated 25.02.2020. The said show-cause notice had been - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41357 WP No. 26213 of 2025 quashed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2024 in WP No.1418 of 2021. 3. In that view of the matter, a show-cause notice could not have been issued under a show-cause notice which had already been quashed. As such, I pass the following, ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. A certiorari is issued, notice dated 04.08.2025 bearing No.T-4/SRO/SDE/BGZO/01/2020 issued by Respondent No.3 at Annexure-A is quashed. iii.
