The petitioners, namely, (1) Rizwan @ Mohammad Rizwan Quraishi, son of Shafi Quraishi, resident of Sahib Ali Path, near Jame Maszid Bihari Basti, Hatigaon Chariali, P.O. & P.S. Hatigaon Chariali, District-Kamrup (M) and (2) Md. Gulfan Quraishi, son of Safi Alam Quraishi, resident of Olhanpur, Olhanpur, Saran, Olhanpur, Bihar, have filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending their arrest in Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 206/2024 registered under Sections 325/3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Sections 13(1)/14 of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 231/2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 206/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 25/2025 dated 28.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioners may approach the appropriate forum/authority for their regular bail in said Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 206/2024 on or before 10.04.2025. 5. Till then (i.e., 10.04.2025), the petitioners shall remain on interim bail granted to them earlier on 13.02.2025 in said Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 206/2024. 6. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
