Learned counsel for the State submitted that the investigation against the applicant is pending for the offence under Sections 115(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 333, 351(3), 352 and Section 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 4. Mr. Mohd. Safdar, Advocate has requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application without any liberty. 5. The said request has not been opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the State. 6. Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA No.582 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn.
