Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109, 118(2), 329, 351(3) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Smt. Puja Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur.
On 17.11.2024 at about 09:00 a.m., three unknown persons came on a motorcycle and fired at the house of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nobody was injured in the said occurrence. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused.
Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Puja Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur, or her successor, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024.
