The petitioner wants to withdraw this writ application to approach Appellate Authority to challenge his order of punishment as the same is appealable.

If the petitioner files an appropriate appeal, his case will be considered taking into consideration the final order passed in the criminal case and in the other proceedings.

The Appellate Authority will give one opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and thereafter will try to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of filing.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ application stands withdrawn.
