Aggrieved by the action of respondents, in attempting to dispossess the petitioners from their respective house sites in Plot Nos.48 & 49 in an extent of Ac.0.02y2 cents, located in Sy. No.998-991/1 of Kambhammittapalli Village, H/o. Agraharam, Piler Mandal, Annamayya 2 District, erstwhile Chittoor District, without giving any notice and without following due process of law, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. It is contended that the house site pattas were granted in favour of the petitioners in the year 2006. Since then, the petitioners have been residing in the dwelling units constructed thereon, and subsequently the same were removed by the petitioners for constructing permanent houses. Despite this, the unofficial respondents have attempted to evict to the petitioners from the subject properties without issuing any notice. 4. Having regard to the contentions advanced, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject lands without following due process of law. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
