ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)
1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Miscellaneous First Appeal No.8110/2023 (CPC). 2. In terms of the operative portion of the order, the accused were permitted to lease / rent the premises in

question. But they were also required to account for the same and deposit the amounts before the Trial Court. 3. It is the complainant's case that the said direction has not been complied with. The accused Nos.1 and 2 have filed an affidavit enclosing therewith documents setting out the rents received from tenants and have also placed the same before the Trial Court.
Although there is a delay in filing the accounts, the accused submit that the same was inadvertent and not intentional. Learned counsel for the accused submits that the said Statement of accounts shall be filed every six months before the Trial Court. 4.
