JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking for setting aside of the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner at Annexure-A, wherein the appeal by the petitioner against the order of the Tahsildar came to be rejected. The petitioner had submitted on previous dates of hearing that certified copy of the order at Annexure-A was not furnished. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44454 WP No. 31950 of 2025 2. During the pendency of the proceedings, learned High Court Government Pleader upon instructions submits that certified copy of the order at Annexure-A has been furnished. 3. Taking note that there is a statutory appeal as against such order at Annexure-A, the petition is disposed of keeping all contentions open, reserving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 4. It is noticed that certified copy has been furnished only during the pendency of the proceedings. Accordingly, if appeal is filed within three weeks from today, the respondent authorities are not to take any objection regarding limitation. There would be an order of status-quo regarding revenue entries for a period of four weeks from today. All contentions are kept open. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44454 WP No. 31950 of 2025 5. Notice to the private respondents is dispensed with, in light of the petitioner being relegated to avail of statutory remedy and no order is passed on merits.
