The present petition has been filed for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.91 of 2021 (COMI/155 of 2021) dated 09.09.2021 (Annexure P-1) and the summoning order dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panipat whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial under Sections 388, 389, 420, 467, 468, 471, 500, 506 and 120-B of IPC. Further prayer has been made for staying the operation of the impugned summoning order dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-7). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Ld. ACJM, Panipat and submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties so he does not press the present petition and wishes to withdraw the same. 3. Ordered accordingly.
