The matter comes up for consideration of the I.A.(Civil) 32/2025 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 27 days in filing the connected writ appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent has not seriously opposed the application. In view of the above and after going through the contents of the application, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the connected writ appeal.
