JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 10-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 110, 3(5), 303(2), 76, 351(2)(3) & 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., on 04.12.2025 at about 9 AM, all the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62197 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and her husband. Injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature. Petitioners are own Gotiyas of the husband of informant and claim clean antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Bounsi P.S.
