Such a proposal be submitted within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4. Upon submission of such proposal, the Respondent No.4-Education Officer to process the proposal expeditiously and the concerned Authorities are directed to take such proposal to its logical conclusion within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. 5.
