ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Muchakayala Narayana, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to consider the online Application submitted by the Writ Petitioners
2. dated 04.01.2024 (Ex.P1). Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration, has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar, Edlapadu Mandal, dated 14.02.2025 bearing Rc.No.54/2025. Copy of it has been served on the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners. The same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that although the Writ Petitioners filed the online Application on 04.01.2024, they
4. 3 have not yet supplied the material documents to the Tahsildar for proper verification. The Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioners, having perused the contents of the Written Instructions, submits that the Writ Petitioners will provide the required material documents to the Tahsildar within two weeks from today.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into the merits, by directing the Tahsildar, Ediapadu Mandal, Palnadu District (Respondent No.4) to consider the online Application of the Petitioners, dated 04.01.2024, and the material documents that are yet to be supplied by the Writ Petitioners, and to issue a Final Proceeding within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the material documents from the Writ Petitioners and communicate such Final Proceeding to all the parties including the Writ Petitioners herein. Needless to state that Respondent No.4 is legally mandated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to all the parties, and consider their
submissions/ objections and documents, if any, before issuing the Final Proceedings. The Writ Petitioners are directed to submit a

4 copy of this Order to Respondent No.4 along with the material documents within two weeks from today, for effective compliance.
6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is
disposed of. No order as to costs.
