The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109 and 3(5) of B.N.S. 3. As per prosecution-case, this petitioner along with co-accused Guddu Yadav assaulted brother of the informant with Iron rod, as a result of which he sustained four injuries out of which two are grievous in nature. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and nature of Patna High Court CR. MISC.
