By the said order, writ petition filed by respondents was decided in terms of judgment rendered by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (S/S) No.495 of 2014 Uttaranchal Van Sramik Sangh Vs. State of Uttarakhand & others. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the judgment rendered in Writ Petition (S/S) No.495 of 2014 was set aside by Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No.263 of 2017 and other connected Special Appeals. 1 2025:UHC:4119-DB The judgment dated 22.02.2019 passed in Special Appeal No.263 of 2017, which he has produced in Court, is taken on record. 4. Upon perusal of the said judgment, we find force in the submission made by learned State Counsel. The judgment rendered by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (S/S) No.495 of 2014 was set aside by Coordinate Bench. We accordingly dispose of this appeal in terms of judgment rendered by Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No.263 of 2017 and other connected Special Appeals, on 22.02.2019.
