The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “(i) for quashing the order dated 23.09.2015 (Anx-6) passed by Land Tribunal, Patna (Respondent no.2) in BLT Case no. 841/2014 by which the application of the petitioners has been dismissed as not maintainable. (ii) for quashing the order dated 17.07.2014 (Anx-4) passed by the Collector, Supaul (Respondent no.2), in Basgit Revision Case no. 227/13 (Smt. Aachari Devi and others v/s Shambhu Sharma and others) by which he has canceled the purchas of the petitioners who got the same much earlier in the year 1996 in Basgit Purcha Case No. 20/95-96. (iii) to hold that the order of Anchaladikari, Triveniganj granting Purchas to the petitioners dated 30.08.1996 (Anx-1) in Patna High Court CWJC No.6397 of 2016(5) dt.08-09-2025 3/3 Basgit Purcha Case no. 20/95-96 is just, valid and legal as the petitioners are in complete possession over the land in question and the state is recognizing them as a tenant by opening zamabandi in their respective names.
