There is an outstanding amount towards a loan advanced to the petitioner in terms of the CC limit, i.e., 8,08,746/- which the petitioner is ready to pay. 4. It is submitted by Mr. Kurban Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner that within a month from today the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- and the remaining amount he will deposit within a year in equal installments. 5. Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection on this. 6. In view of the statement, as advanced above, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the petitioner that he shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- within a month from today and for the remaining balance amount he will submit a proposal at the time of depositing the first installment of Rs. 1,50,000/- for fixing the equal installments and on said proposal the respondent will take a decision and fixed equal installments for one year.
