Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 354 (B), 504, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that specific accusation of outraging modesty of daughter of informant is against co-accused Babu Khan and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioners. Case Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84507 of 2025(3) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 and counter case. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the facts of the case, prayer for bail of these petitioners is allowed.
