1. Mr. Niraj Kumar Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the detention of the petitioner was extended by three months, i.e., from 4.3.2025 to 3.6.2025 and as of now, the detention of the petitioner has further been extended by three months.
2. Upon this, Mrs. Darshana Poddar Mishra, the learned AAG-I has submitted that in the aforesaid context, the present writ petition has become infructuous and, as such, it may be disposed of.
3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the impugned order dated 3.3.2025 contained in Memo No.5/CCA/01/40/2024-45/CCA/Ranchi has been made operative upto 03.06.2025, the present writ petition has now lost its force.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance, if any, before the appropriate Forum.
