Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the representations produced at Annexures 'A' to 'C', the same would indicate that, certain allegations have been made in respect of the Teacher as well as the sports event said to have been held on 03rd September, 2024. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that the representation is devoid of merits and same cannot be directed to be considered by the respondent-Authorities.
