JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 07-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2 Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both parties have resolved and settled their dispute in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. A copy of the settlement is annexed with the mediator’s report dated 18.5.2026. 4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Considering the mediator’s report, prayer for bail of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61746 of 2025(5) dt.07-07-2026 2/2 the petitioner is allowed.
