Mr. Pradeep Lohani, Brief Holder, submitted on instructions that the investigation is pending against the present applicant for the offence under Sections 117(2), 3(5), 351(3) and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in short, “Sanhita, 2023”). Section 109(1) of the Sanhita, 2023 has not been added against the present applicant Smt. Priyanka. 4. Mr. Rajat Mittal, Advocate, submitted that the applicant has been granted regular bail under Sections 117(2), 3(5), 351(3) and Section 352 of the Sanhita, 2023. 5. After the submissions of Mr. 2025:UHC:4493 Pradeep Lohani, Brief Holder, Mr. Rajat Mittal, Advocate, has requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application. 6.
