Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 75, 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Rahul Thakur alleged that on 01.06.2025 , all the accused persons caught hold of informant from behind and this petitioner assaulted him with lathi due to which he sustained injuries on hand, eye and face . As per injury report, informant Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60202 of 2025(2) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 sustained three injuries out of which one is of fracture . 4.
