The limited prayer in this Writ Petition is to give a direction to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 representation. Having heard Sri, Suresh C., the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Sreeja V., the learned Senior Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P3 representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
