1. Heard Mr. S. B. Laskar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. J. Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant Criminal Petition was filed by the petitioner challenging the FIR dated 23.06.2023, however in the meanwhile charge-sheet had already been laid and the petitioner has preferred another Criminal Petition i.e Criminal Petition no.1375/2024 challenging the charge- sheet. Hence the instant criminal petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner this Criminal Petition is dismissed on becoming infructuous.
