This Court, in terms of order dated 07.06.2024, of which reference is made by the learned counsel for the Bank, while taking note of the failure of petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs. 20.00 lacs in compliance to order dated 06.05.2024, vacated the conditional interim direction granted in terms of said order, viz 06.05.2024. Nobody has come present on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner, having failed to deposit the amount of Rs. 20.00 lacs in terms of order dated 06.05.2024, has decided not to contest the case. In view of aforesaid, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
