Case No. 104 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 103 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 351(4)/109 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Adnan Aqueeb, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 03.09.2024, at about 09:45 p.m., the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons intercepted the informant and started threatening him on the pistol point. In the meantime, one Sonu Swansi came to intervene, then the petitioner opened fire causing firearm injuries on the palm of Sonu Swansi. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that Sonu Swansi has sustained injury in his palm which is non-vital part of the body. It was further submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Adnan Aqueeb, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Telco P.S.
