Grievance of the petitioner is with regard to withholding of contractual sum pursuant to contract no.2685 dated 29.2.2020 for construction of link road at District Kaushambi. 2. It is urged that despite expiry of sufficient period, the admitted dues have not been released to the petitioner. 3. Shri Tejasvi Mishra, learned counsel representing the Mandi Parishad has invited our attention to a notice dated 4.6.2025 which records that the road constructed by the petitioner got damaged within a month and the petitioner has been called upon to repair such road as per the original contract. 4. Considering the fact that notices have already been issued to the petitioner by the respondent-Mandi Parishad, the proper course available to the petitioner is to respond to such notices, whereafter the authorities shall take appropriate decision in the matter as would be required in law. 5.
