However, upon complaint received from the general public respondent No.3 has issued notices asking the petitioner to shift his industry to a different place. Being aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents upon instruction submits that, if the petitioner were to show- cause by producing all the relevant records showing that he has obtained all the necessary permissions and he is entitled to carry on the industrial activity on the site - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31296 WP No. 24253 of 2025 mentioned in accordance with law, no precipitative action will be taken against the petitioner. 3. The submission is placed on record. 4. Hence the following: ORDER 1. The writ petition is disposed of. 2. Petitioner is granted 2 (two) weeks time from today to show-cause to respondent No.3 as to why no action should be taken against the petitioner as contemplated. 3. Upon receipt of said reply, respondent No.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereafter. 4.
