Learned counsel for petitioner refers some documents annexed alongwith this writ petition that consideration is pending before concerned respondent. 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that U.P. Jal Nigam is facing financial constraints, therefore, there is a legal impediment to consider the application of petitioner. 5. In view of above and taking note of rival submissions, this writ petition is disposed of that in case there is a legal impediment to consider the application of petitioner, the same shall be communicated to petitioner within a short period and as soon as the legal impediment is over, application of petitioner be considered in accordance with law.
