The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has challenged the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by respondent no.3, whereby the application of the petitioner for grant of subsidy was rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a letter dated 14.8.2025 issued by the Joint Commissioner, Handloom and Textiles Govt. of U.P. to the learned Chief Standing Counsel, wherein it is stated that the matter relating to the grant of subsidy has been referred to the State Government. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.1, State of U.P. Through its Principal Secretary, Directorate of Handloom and Textiles, Govt. of U.P. to consider the claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order in view of the letter dated 14.8.2025 issued by the Joint Commissioner, Handloom and Textiles Govt. of U.P.
