Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel submits that the only hurdle in deciding the proposal for individual approval of the petitioner in the post of ‘Junior Clerk’ at the Respondent No.7- Secondary School is because the staing pattern was pending for approval. 3. The staing pattern is placed on record by the petitioner which indicates that the staing pattern has been approved for the year 2024-2025. Therefore, the only hurdle in the way of the Education Oicer in deciding the proposal, according to the petitioner is no longer in existence. If that be so, the Respondent No.5- Education Oicer (Secondary) must now decide the proposal sent by the ZIP 1 of 2 5-WP-11931-2025 (C).doc Respondent No.6- Institution for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of junior clerk as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4. Deiciencies in the proposal, if any, be communicated to the Management to give them an opportunity of curing or explaining the same. 5.
