No.0253 of 2020, for offences punishable under Sections 420 & 406 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Pantnagar, District Udham Singh Nagar. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that upon investigation, Closure Report/Final Report was submitted, as evidence collected during investigation was not found sufficient to proceed against the petitioners. He thus, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 also makes similar statement. 5.
