On instructions, the third respondent perused the e-mail communication between the third respondent and the respondents 5 and 6 herein. It reveals that the disputed amount is only Rs.50,000/- and the same has been transferred to the petitioner's account. 3. In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to mark a lien over the petitioner's account to the tune of Rs.50,000/- and permit the petitioner to operate his account in respect of remaining amount, if any. 4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition Criminal is disposed of.
