Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that Investigating Officer has filed final/closure report in the matter, as no sufficient evidence was found against the petitioner. He has apprised the Court that closure report was filed by Investigating Officer before the court concerned on 05.08.2021. 5. After filing of closure report, nothing survives in the writ petition. 6.
