The operative portion Petition of the said common order is as under; 'Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the to submit individual applications to the respondents within a petitioners period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, along with relevant annexure, such as, the appointment letter, service record if available with the appellants and any other document relating to their for absorption into aided posts. On receipt of the applications, the any claim respondents shall pass appropriate orders preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of applications.” In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is also disposed of
