The only relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 within a time frame to be fixed by this court. 2. The learned Government Pleader submits that Ext.P1 can be considered within a period of two months. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the submission made as above, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass order on Ext.P1 in accordance with the law and after hearing all affected parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
