In this petition, the petitioner prays to initiate a contempt proceeding for non-compliance of order dated 13.08.2018 passed in W.P(No.) 5062 of 2010. 2. After hearing the parties, I find that the order was passed on 13.08.2018 and a direction was given to consider the case of the petitioner within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The first representation was given by the petitioner,15.10.2018. Twelve weeks from 15.10.2018 has already expired on 09.01.2019.This contempt has been filed only on 24.02.2025.
