The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Tonto P.S. Case No. 34/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Anjilina Neelam Marki, learned J.M., 1st Class, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. On 17.10.2024, mother of the informant was found murdered in her house. During the course of investigation, the petitioners and co- accused persons were arrested and on their confession a brick which was used in committing murder of the deceased, was recovered. 4.
