The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Panki P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 02.06.2024, the dead body of the son of the informant namely Suneshwar Yadav was recovered from Dudhighati Bardaga forest. Co-accused Raj Deo Oraon made extra judicial confession that he alongwith the present petitioner and Kuldip Oraon had assaulted the deceased. All three persons were apprehended by local persons and were assaulted. It appears that petitioner made confession before the police and on his confession, the motorcycle of the deceased was recovered. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
